Happy Birthday Help

I made this for my cousin's birthday card. I've changed the name for this Deviantart version in order to protect her identity while still sharing the render. I picked "Jen" as a substitute name because let's face it, every one of us Gen X'ers went to school with at least two girls named Jennifer (Mike Doughty was right).

I was inspired by the clenched, artificial look those hunky guys on the naughty birthday cards generally have, like there's someone off-camera with a gun.
